 Edgeley
is a very comfortable, well-equipped three-bedroom bungalow situated in a
quiet, peaceful, residential area at the back of the main Cliff Road in
Upper Borth, six miles from Aberystwyth. For quick access to the beach there
is a private path from the back gate to the cliff top from where you can see
the bay with the North Wales coast in the distance.
It has its own secluded,
walled back garden and lawn with a paved patio area and brick-built
barbecue. A picnic table and deck chairs are also provided. Alongside the
bungalow there is a large lockable garage for your car with extra space in
the driveway for a second car if needed. The bungalow is double glazed and
centrally heated. It is tastefully furnished throughout and provides the
following accommodation:-

A double bedroom with
king-size bed, a twin bedroom and a bedroom with full size bunk beds. All
beds are provided with full bed linen.

A fully fitted kitchen
with larder fridge, washing machine, upright freezer, full size range cooker,
microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also an iron, ironing board and
vacuum cleaner.

large, airy lounge with a colour TV, DVD player and CD player. There is a
ceiling fan for those hot days and on chilly evenings
you can turn on the central heating.

The bathroom/WC has a
full size bath and a separate shower cubicle.
