Centrally situated in a pleasant tree lined street, close to the seafront, shopping and Aberystwyth's various attractions.

Sinclair is a late Victorian terraced house which has been painstakingly restored and refurbished. Its original features have been retained and although fully modernised, the house has lost none of its character. 

Each of our three spacious en suite bedrooms is individually designed and decorated. All are on the first floor with comfortable seating, colour television, radio alarm clock, tea and coffee facilities. hairdryer and telephone point - for the private use of pay phone. 

In addition on the ground floor there is a comfortable sitting room for the use of guests. leading through to the dining room and conservatory overlooking our maturing town garden. 

Service is informal but with the number of guests limited to 6 adults, is of an exceptionally high standard. If you are looking for somewhere that combines comfort and cleanliness. personal service and value for money, and is totally smoke free, Sinclair is for you. 

Directions

By Bus /Train - From the pelican crossing in front of the station follow Terrace Road towards the promenade. Portland Street is 4th right (distance about 300m) 

By Road:- 

From the North / East - At the Cooper Arms, junction of the A44 / A487, turn into North Road, take the 2nd left into Loveden Road, turn right at the bottom and immediately left into Portland Street. 

From the South - From Trefechan Bridge continue straight up Bridge Street into Pier Street, turn right at the pier onto Marine Terrace, first right into Terrace Road. Portland Street is 2nd left.
